Ask a Law Question, Get an Answer ASAP!
Hello my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will help you with this. Please note that I am a working Solicitor and may be on and offline as I have to attend Court and meet with clients, even at weekends. As such you may not get an instant response when you reply as this is not an ‘on demand’ live service, but rest assured I will be giving your question my immediate attention upon return. There is no need to wait here, you will get an email when I reply.
A trial bundle starts with an index at the beginning
It usually includes:
Claim form and particulars
Court Orders (including directions etc)
Copy of directions questionnaires
Copy of all claimant evidence
Copy of all defendant evidence
If you are the Claimant this is usually prepared by you.
You normally send the index in advance so they can agree it
Then once agreed you send the whole bundle.
But you need to send:
1 x Defendant, 1 x Claimant,XXXXX/p>
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
Is a Pre-Trial Review Bundle the same as the actual Trial Bundle? If not how would it differ?
The Case Summary, for the Pre Trial Review, is this just a short version of, what I believe to be the facts?
What should I include in the PTR Bundle?
