Yes in part, I rang my final readings through to them on the 18th December they were Gas 18340 Elec 27227 then my contract was finished on 24th December. They have put my readings for that day at Gas 20248 and Elec 31617. Also they had alterd my budget amount two double before the review time.
First I must correct the readings given in my last reply, they were in line with my readings I was looking at the wrong date but I have not challenged them on that subject.I have written two letters to them and have just sent off a third.
Ok - then all you need to do is write and make a formal written complaint.
Once you have this in process they will investigate the matter and investigate for you
If you are not happy with that response then you can complain to the Ombudsman

As stated in the (Already Tried) section. I have written two letters to their complaints department. As they did not reply to the first I sent a second one after 14 days asking why they had not replied and gave them 7 days to do so. They passed my case to a debt collector who sent me a thretning letter to recover the debt. As stated above I have just sent them a third letter charging them of not following the complaints procedure and enclosed all of my previous letters plus the debt collectors letter. I also sent the same to the debt collectors. (who are under the same company). I had already done the things that you now suggested. I wanted to know if there was any other help out there before I went down the Ombudsman and Regulator rout.
