Resolved Question:

Hi my wife runs a playground on our compound in Saudi Arabia and is struggling to get personal liability insurance. Building, contents and medical insurance is provided by our company. Does a liability waver signed by the parents have have any legal standing?

It would not in the UK bit it seems that the position in Saudi Arabia is different and such disclaimers or waivers are coming e.g. See clause 6 of this disclaimer

I would suggest that you seek confirmation from a local lawyer there but it appears that such waivers are allowed in Saudi.

Hope this helps
