I have just received a form letter from Drummonds @ RBS giving 60 days notice that they are closing my account. I have banked with them for over 50 years, first as Glyn Mills, then as Williams and Glyns, then as Drummonds then as Drummonds @ RBS. The reason given seem primarily concerned with my residence which is in Kenya. I have banked with them as a Kenya resident for some 30 years, 5 family members also bank with them, 3 of whom are resident overseas and none of whom have received this notice. I am of course taking this up with RBS directly, but do I have any recourse of appeal through the Ombudsman? Dr XXXX XXXXXX-XXXXXXX
