Ask a Law Question, Get an Answer ASAP!
Yes, I have been e-mailing google. They have asked me to explain how they are breaking UK law.
I just want then to stop highlighting the negative review and let the tripadvisor site speak for itself. I can't find any other instance where a negative review is highlighted so prominently.
Please get back to me on this issue.
No, I have been e-mailing them.
Ok you should write to Google in London
Their address is:
76 Buckingham Palace Rd
Set out your complaint and ask that it be investigated.
But if they do not do anything, is this illegal - sadly no
They use an program that determines how things are listed, index and searched.
The law wont make them alter this as it is not illegal
Therefore you should try writing and making a formal complaint
I am sorry if this is not the answer you want and certainly not the one I want to give you, but I have a duty to be honest
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
OK I will write to them.
