Hello again Joshua, you did not mention any right to buy from

Resolved Question:

Hello again Joshua, you did not mention any right to buy from me the tenant. Is it because of my type of tenancy (depsite having being there for 13 years), because then I could go to the bank and say I have a right to buy?

Joshua :

Hello and thank you for your question. I will be very pleased to assist you. I'm a practicing lawyer in England with over 10 years experience.

Joshua :

Hello. Thanks for your follow up question. Unfortunately there is no right to buy in the case of private tenancies. This is only a limited right for secure council tenants.

Joshua :

Does that clarify the position for you?

Customer:

Thanks Joshua, that clarifies the point.

Joshua :

If there is anything else I can help with please do let me know.

Customer:

That is all, thank you.

Joshua :

Best wishes
