HelloI havent suffered any financial loss but I have been constantly contacted by companies on both my land line and mobile. This has waned slightly over the year since the accident.

From what you say they have failed in their obligations in this respect.

The simplest way to raise a claim is to consider using the Financial Ombudsman Service. Their service is free of charge and their decisions bind the insurer. To use the service you first need to raise a formal complaint with the insurer directly setting out the issues you have suffered as a consequence and requesting compensation
