ACCA (Knowledge and skills) NQF Level-6
Professional Level NQF Level-7

Both NQF Levels 6 and 7 are subject to the 5 years cap on student visa/tier 4.

Hope this helps. Can I help further?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

how does the 5 yr limit counts? Does it include only the time you have been attending college or the whole amount of time of the visa duration?

Does holidays/breaks count in this 5-yr limit?

Thanks

Expert:  UKSolicitorJA replied 3 years ago.
Holidays/breaks do not count towards the 5 years limit, it is only term time counted attending college which will be verified against your visa durations.

College term - Mar 08- May 08 - Exam Date June 08

College term - July 08 - Nov 08 - Exam Date Dec 08

College term - Mar 09- May 09 - Exam Date June 09

College term - July 09 - Nov 09 - Exam Date Dec 09

I suggest you use this calculator to count the number of days for your course:

http://www.timeanddate.com/date/duration.html

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

term time -July 07 - Nov 07 - Exam Date Dec 07

Visa length - June 07-Apr 08

Will the above count as 5 months course lenth, 6 months or the whole visa duration will count as the course length on a legal point of view.

Thanks

Expert:  UKSolicitorJA replied 3 years ago.
The course length counts, not visa duration.
