Basically my Partner was arrested in September 2013 for stealing

Customer Question

Basically my Partner was arrested in September 2013 for stealing our number van, he was put into custody with no access to legal representation. Subsequently he was arrested in October on a second charge of selling the van. When he went for a bail review both charges were dropped and he was then charged for malicious damage to our neighbour Mercedes, my partner admitted to throwing a bag at his car
and for this an estimate has been submitted saying to rectify the damage it will cost £7,300. When he went to the Magistrates Court, the Judge sais he wanted proof that the damage cost this much and whether
the damage had been rectified.
