the dvla have all the relivent information for my case. I should have got my driving licence back in October last year. its now the end of march and they still want upto 12 weeks to review my case. what can I do tospeed them up, or can I sue them to get all my money back because they have been incompetant

I was band for drink driving in April 2012 for 24 months. I attended an alcohol awareness course to get 6 months off my ban. Its now nearly April 2014, can the DVLA do what they want{a law to their own}
