Resolved Question:

We had contracted the management of our lettings business to a 3rd party, by verbal contract only. She quit with immediate effect at a meeting when we asked her to formalise the working relationship into a written contract. She is now approaching our Landlords and taking over the business. We assume this is based on out database of which she has a copy. Are any remedies available like an injunction or suing for lost business?
