There is an arrest warrant out for me in Ireland for breaking my bail conditions. I am currently in the UK and looking to fly to Toronto. Am i likely to be arrested if I attempt to fly out of the UK?

Yes, there is a possibility that you could be arrested e.g. an Italian was arrested recently in London on a European Arrest Warrant issued by Italy:
