I AM ENTERING A PROPERTY CONTRACT OF RENT TO BUY AFTER 5YRS.

Resolved Question:

I AM ENTERING A PROPERTY CONTRACT OF RENT TO BUY AFTER 5YRS. THE SELLER SOLICITOR SAID WE DO IT BY ME TAKEN OVER THE COMPANY BY 100% SHARE INTEREST WHILE THE TITLE WILL BE HELD IN TRUST UNTIL THE PURCHASE FIGURE IS PAID..

IS THIS A WISE OPTION?

Hello,

Yes, this looks like a wise option as you will own the beneficial interest and the legal interest will be transferred to you when you have paid off the money in full.

I would suggest that you get your own solicitor to look at the trust document to see that your interest is sufficiently protected.

Hope this helps
