Hello,

The chairmanhas a fundamental duty to preserve order at the meeting and he may try and calm the person down and adjourn the meeting temporarily to see if the person calms down or not.

If the person does not calm down and continues to be seriously disruptive, the chairman may ask the person to leave the meeting or expel him if need be and the meeting may still continue provided there is a quorum.

Can I assist further?
