Customer: replied 3 years ago.
Was arrested for cultivation of cannabis later than 2 others.we were all bailed to reappear Monday , they still are but Ive been rebailed till june16th
Expert:  Jo C. replied 3 years ago.
Thats is probably no more than that they just don't have a decision from CPS yet or there are outstanding enquiries to be made.
If you were arrested later than they are probably not as far ahead on your case as with the co-defendants.
Can I clarify anything for you?

Hi,
I've now have a trial date , the only evidence is my hand print which they have destroyed the sheeting it was on so I am unable to verify etc
What can I do?
Expert:  Jo C. replied 2 years ago.
You could make an application that this is an abuse of process but the truth is that is no likely to succeed.
Alternatively you can defend it in the normal way.
