I am struggling for the past 9 days to get a sensible answer

Customer Question

I am struggling for the past 9 days to get a sensible answer from 'Just Answer'. I am getting irrelavent replies from your expert Stuart .and he is getting frustrated too so I have shortened my request.I believe Stuart can answer to my needs and I do not want any other Expert in this. Please get me answers to these two questions only by Stuart - as written below. ==+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ XX XXXX XXXX , XXXXX IXXX XXX. 3rd.April; 2014. To, Stuart , Expert Lawyer, Just Answers. Dear Sir, You have been answering to my questions alll these days but P need only short reply to two queswtons only and these are related to AGA or Aurhtorised General Agreement. My questions Nos. (1) and (2) below are only, are to be replied to - no further details to be required. Q (1) - My Landlord of the restaurant APPLIED THE CLAUSE AGA (Authorised General Agreement) which made me forfeit my Lease to the restaurant. But I feel the should not have applied the Clause AGA as I HAD OWED HIM NO RENT. In fact. I had given the Landlord six months of rent in advance as a rent Deposit. and he is still having ths money. Am I correct in believing that, since I had owed him no rent at all, the Clause of AGA should not have been applied? And, can there be any other circumstances, unknown to me, that the Landlord could use to apply the Clause AGA besides the Rent? This is my FIRST Question. (2) The second question is as below. Before implementing the Clause AGA, I believe the matter should have been discussed with me but there was no discussio of this.and the faults, if any, should have been high lighted. But no such discussion had taken place with me. Had such a discussin been held prior to implementing the AGA, then the fact that the Landlord is having six months of rent in advance would have been brought up at the meeting. Am I correct in saying that as no warning hd been given to me about the fact that AGA was bein implemented it was not a good practice. This is my Second Question. THAT IS THE ONLY MATTER I WISH TO KNOW about please. Many thanks. My attempts t get an answer are being made fromm the paast 9 days - from the 2nd. April; 2014 A fee of £26.00 has been paid through Paypal. I am waiting for an answer. have written to your office a number of times. Please complete my work or let me know how I should go about. I started asking fr Answer from the 2nd. April; 20114 and today iis the 11th. April; 2014. Dr. XXXXXXXXX XXXX Malik e-mail [email protected] Thank you.
