Hello Jo,

I am a handicapped person and use a mobility chair. I recently bought a new chair from a Mobility company. It is still under 12 mths warranty. It developed loud squeaking faults which my wife and I agreed needed fixing. The company,'Easy Mobility' from Gatwick firstly sent along a local Mobility man from Plymouth. He said he couldn't fix it as it would invalidate the warranty and I rang Easy Mobility. They sent along their man who could find no fault. We insisted he took it back to the factory after he listened to me riding around in it.

After he got back to their factory, they put it on their 'rolling road' and found nothing. Then they all went away on holiday!

There was some talk of sending it back to the Manufacturer in America. I'm getting nowhere here, but I do have a man who is willing to drive to Gatwick to get my chair and we get it back here squeaks and all.

What do you think??

Are you asking what action you can take?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes

To get the chair back?

Or to force them to act?
