Hi, I hope you might be able to help me, My partner and

Customer Question

Hi, My partner and I split up in January 2014. We agreed to do everything amacably and with out using a solicitor. He said he was going buy me out of the property (we are both namesd on the morgage). then get a loan for £35K as this is his half of the profitable value in the house. It is now almost the end of April and I have not been asked to sign any paperwork. I asked him what was happening and as yet all that has happend is a redemption statement was sent to his solicitor on 25th April. Is it too late to do a separation agreement ? All I want is the money he owes me and my name off the morgage so i can make a new start. I am sure I can claim more from him but I just want a clean start. How much will this sort of thing cost. what are the consiquenses if he wont do what the seperation agreement states. Can you do a legally bnding documnet on this site can I give a Time limit (like end of May I would like my money)  I have just found out that he is now seeing several diffrent women so I dont want this hannging around and him forgetting about it why he is having fun with other women.  Thanks for you help Mandy
