-Could you explain your situation a little more?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I am the mother who had been notified that a welfare officer and police woman was looking for children not in school within school hours. They saw my son and after my son refused to go back to school the police forced cuffs onto him even though they admitted he was not being violent or threatening and was screaming he had a bad arm, head teacher screamed at her to remove the cuffs.

Why did he refuse to return to school?

The police would not normally become involved in returning pupils to school.
