Good Morning, Please can you advise on the following. My

Customer Question

Good Morning,

Please can you advise on the following.

My tenant has not been paying his rent and is in arrears of £1400 since August last year. He has paid small amounts since however of late he has not paid at all. I issued him with a polite notice in November and a letter yesterday advising that if he did not bring his arrears up to date i would serve notice.
Today he has been very confrontational and has been abusive. he has stated he will not pay his rent and i am to try and get him evicted!
Please can you advise of the procedure, i am most distressed about all this and the fact he has been very threatening,

Thankyou

Hi i am just wondering if i have missed your reply?

No, you haven't.

The reason you are experiencing delay is that you keep posting before I have responded which pushes the question to the back of my list.

Have you served a S21 notice at any time in the last year?

When did the AST expire?
