Hi
Thank you for your question.
My name is Clare
I will do my best to help you but I need some further information first.
What is the current Cash Equivalent Transfer values of the pensions - and what other assets are there?
Clare
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Sorry for delay. CETV £317,405.66 with home valued in region of 170k. All other assets would be split 50/50 though she would be wishing to cash in the endowments which are due to terminate in Sept 2015. Whats the best way with those ie: me to buy her out of them?

HIHi
Does your ex have a pension and how old are you both?

Clare
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Endowments 40k mature Sept 2015

Mortgage 49k

Hi
What is she asking for - the house instead of the pension?
Clare
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

50% pension and 50% of sale of house

Expert:  Clare replied 3 years ago.
Hi
In that case there is little point in going to the great expense of an Actuary report since this is a straight split
I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details
