i signed a 24 month contract with virgin mobile in November 2012, the phone service has never work correct : i finally stop my dd payment last month as i had sent the phone back 3 times and have maded over 60 phone calls with no joy
device - hearing false
virgin has received the phone 3 times , still not fix
yes i have canceled my direct debit but am paying them monthly by cheque there is still a fault i have also recieved a new sim and will be talking to the teck department while instaling ihave now paid for 20 mths of CONtrat i have had no new phone and i get closer and closer to the end of CONtract on the 2 aug would u recomend virgin to anyone else!!! william McH
