Customer Question

I have indefinate to remain since 25 years ago. However I commited a drug offence and was sentenced to 4 years imprisonment about 15 years ago. I have not commited any further offence since my release from prison and I have worked and claimed benefit intermitently. I am wondering whether I can now apply for British Naturalisation. What are my chances.

Hello,

I am afraid you will never be approved for naturalisation as your imprisonment was for 4 years.

Sorry.

Can I help further?
