Customer Question

does my ex husband have the right to stop my daughter from wearing earrings? She had her ears pierced at our house and then went to his house a week after for the weekend and he took them out, this means her holes will close cause they have to be kept in for 6 weeks?

Hi
Then yes I am afraid that he is as entitled to remove them as you were to have them put in the first place.
You need to try and discuss this with him - using Family Mediation (www.familymediationhelpline.co.uk) if need be.
I am sorry not to give you better news - please ask if you need further details
