Hello my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will help you with this. Please note that I am a working Solicitor and may be on and offline as I have to attend Court and meet with clients, even at weekends. As such you may not get an instant response when you reply as this is not an ‘on demand’ live service, but rest assured I will be giving your question my immediate attention upon return. There is no need to wait here, you will get an email when I reply.
It looks like she is no longer a registered Solicitor.
Therefore you need to write to the regulator the Solicitors Regulation Authority
The Cube,XXXXX Birmingham, B1 1RN
Include a letter about why you want to contact the Solicitor and then another letter TO the Solicitor
The SRA will use their records and forward your letter onto the former Solicitor
That Solicitor can then get in contact with you.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
The company DMH also seems to have dissapeared. How can that happen, surely they should have let me know if they were closing down or moving? Thank you
One would have thought so - again the SRA can forward your letter onto their principals to assist with your question.
Or you may just wish to ask the SRA to investigate for you.
But they can forward the letter onto Julie Sutton if you wish
Does that clarify?
Yes. Thank you
If this answers your question could I invite you leave feedback on my service which I hope has been excellent today, if you need more information or help then please click reply.
