3 and no court orders and cuz he is not being looked after proper

yes i have spoke to his mother my concerns are that he is not being bathed she has snakes in the same bedroom and he has gotten into the tank. and i am concerned that he is not getting fed proberly when he is in his care. the nursery has made some comment to me before

The week is divided by me having him on a Sunday afternoon untill Wednesday evening then after nursery on Thursday for 2-3 hours and same on Friday. He has a social worker
