1. I would advise you to get an auctioneer and valuer to value the piece of land, preferably one who works in the locality. I ti snot possible to value a piece of land without seeing it and knowing what the respective values are in the locality. Accordingly, you should get a local auctioneer and valuer out to value the strip of land and give you an accurate value. Given the small size of the piece you make reference to, it should not be much. But the strip might have an inherent value which is not immediately obvious to the lay person. This is why you need specialist help.
