No, I did not sign her contract and I am not a company director or listed on the headed paper
Does this mean I can distpute the claim as I am only an employee?
You can dispute the claim on 2 basis
1) You have not signed any contract
2) You are an employee and not liable
As an employee the law is an employer is vicariously liable
So you can not be liable whatsoever unless you have agreed to pay the debt
But send in a defence stating this - you are not liable and an employee
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
