Yes you need to ask for a etailed work print
This will show what each charge is, what it is for and how long spent
Clearly they should NOT be charging for looking for lost documents
So if the bill does NOT include that, then it may be reasonable for the work done
If it does include those items you can challenge it
You also have a right to challenge the bill in Court
