MONDAY 26.05.14 BEEN AT HEATHROW AIROPORT THEY SAID THAT I RECIEVE AN EMAILL ON THE 5 OF APRIL APPARENTLY SOMETHING WITH FOREIGN ACCONT OR IBBAN NUMBER. IS NOT TRUE . PLUS THEY SEND THIS EMAILL AFTER 3 WEEKS ,THEY DIDN'T CONTACT ME BY PHONE. OR HAW CAN I SEE AN EMAILL WICH COMING AFTER 3 WEEKS WHEN ALLREADY I HAD THE TICKET. I CAN PROVE WITH LLOYDS TSB BANK THAT IS NOT RELEVANT AND TRUE .I'VE GOT ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO PROVE.

ACCORDING WITH LOYDS BANK THEY SHOULDN'T ASK ABOUT MI IBAN NUMBER AND MY ACCOUNT IS ENGLISH NOT FOREIGN. I DON'T KNOW THE ANSWEAR ALL WHAT I KNOW IS THAT I HAVE THE TICKET ,LUFTHANSA DIDN'T PROCESS ANY PAIMENT. HAW IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE YOR FLY TICHET CONFIRMED,AND YOU ARE NOT THERE. LOYDS BANK SAID THAT LUFTHANSA DIDN'T ASK FOR ANY PAYMENT. LUFTANSA SAID AFTR 3 WEEKS THAT WAS A PROBLEM WITH A FOREIGN ACCOUNT, IBBAN NUMER.

Do you booked but had not paid for the ticket - is that right? Did you have travel insurance?
You need to write and set out your losses and request a refund within 14 days or say you will go to Court within 14 days. You should make sure you send this recorded delivery and keep a copy.
If they do not refund you then you can issue proceedings in the County Court. You can either do this online at: www.moneyclaim.gov.uk or by completing form N1 http://hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n001-eng.pdf and take it to your local County Court.
The Court will then issue a claim which a copy will be sent to the Defendant who will have a limited time to defend it, if not you can enter Judgment and enforce.
If the matter is defended it will be set down for a trial. If the claim is for £10,000 or less it will be a small claim and you will not need representation.
