Is there a specific way to terminate a declaration of trust

Resolved Question:

Is there a specific way to terminate a declaration of trust arrangement when the relationship between the co-habitees has broken down? Is a simple written agreement sufficient for example or does the termination document also have to be executed as a deed? Your advice would be much appreciated.

Hello,

If all the trustees and the beneficiaries agree that the declaration should be terminated, then a deed would be preferable so that there are no issues later on regarding the validity of the termination.

Hope this helps
