Have they given you the dates/times when the charges were incurred?
Is that when you used the phone please?
How long did you do that for and also how much data did you use? Your Iphone should tell you?
I can tell you generally 30mb is used for a 10 min conversation
So if there were 4 calls thats 120mb
Usually the charge is around £5 per mb which would be £600
What you should do is formally write to Orange
Ok, so £8 may be £768
Write to Orange
They will formally acknowledge and investigate it
They will be able to tell you where and when it was used
Then you should know and get a detailed breakdown
If the charges are not justified they can reduce them
But I suspect you will owe something
Ok - was it acknowledged, did you send it recorded?
If you did not send recorded and they have not acknowledged, send again and make sure you send it signed for
Then you know you have a copy
