Hi
What evidence does he have of the Adultery?
Clare
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

nothing, but some txt msg. i dont even know what msgs. i was told by my friend that he found some txt on her mobile

Hi
Unless he has actual evidence of the physical relationship - or you or his wife admit the adultery then this man would not be able to successfully go ahead with a petition which named you at all.
In addition if it shown that he has known about the adultery for more than six months then again it cannot go ahead.
I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details

I think his wife has already accepted that we had adultery once.

He is threatening me over the phone now and wants me to meet him. He is txting me and getting very aggressive.

Should I contact Police for any help.??

Hi
Then I suggest that you do indeed report it to the Police as you do not have to put up with it
