It seems that the company has gone into administration as per their last tweet:

Also, their website is no longer working.

It seems that you need to keep pressure on the insurance company as it may be a while before the administration liquidation process is finalised and the records at Companies House updated.

You may lodge a formal complaint against the insurer and if this doesn't work, you may make a compliant to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
