Im thinking of going bankrupt. Debts of circa 10 k. I live

Resolved Question:

I'm thinking of going bankrupt. Debts of circa 10 k. I live in rented accommodation. My wife has a mortgage on a property that her daughter lives in. She commenced on this mortgage before she knew me and I have no financial involvement in the property. But will it be safe from the courts?
