I drove 36m/hr on 30m/hr road and was caught by the camera.

Customer Question

I drove 36m/hr on 30m/hr road and was caught by the camera. details was sent to my previous address. by the time the police got my new address it was very hi so i call the court and did a statuary declaration and was set aside. I recently go postal requisition again over the same matter: -the address is correct but the county is wrong
-I have been charge with additional offence for not giving details of the driver. yet i did not get the letter asking hence the statutory declaration. I thinking of plea not guilty on that offence. if that ok to do so what evidence can i produce?
the second offence is the speed; it is my first time to be caught by the camera at 36 on 30 m/hr what would the outcome be? Base on the new speed guide line.
what would i need to say to ease my case.

Sorry?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes DVLA do have the correct address

Expert:  Jo C. replied 3 years ago.
OK.

Is there any reason that a NIP would not have gone to your old address?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes because what they should have done was to check dvla record.

Expert:  Jo C. replied 3 years ago.
They would have done that.

That is where they get the address from.

There's no way that could be the issue.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Can you summarise you response for me please as well as tacle the rest of the points in my question. Thanks

I'm not sure what you mean?

you may have a defence but I need to know why you think the original NIP didn't reach you?

They would only have used the address at hte DVLA
