Buddy my dog was taken from me & it's been 2 wks now,u've answered my questions in this situation last wk but since then my epilepsy is out of control & it's only buddy who helps my epilepsy safety,I need him back to stop my seizures from hurting myself & putting others at risk

The fact that you are distressed about the situation does not change the position that you face I'm afraid.

You have to pursue the course of action I suggested last time. Your rights and claims have not changed by reason of your epilepsy.

Sorry if thats bad news.

Can I clarify anything for you?

No, I understand. Dogs have a value to their keepers that is beyond price.

But you have to sue to get his return.
