Alex Hughes : My name is***** and I'm happy to help with your question today.
Alex Hughes : You can challenge that transaction if you did not use your card to make the purchase. If the company accepts this then the amount and any interest/charges must be refunded to you.
Alex Hughes : If you look at your credit card agreement under the heading 'refunds' you will see the grounds on which the credit card company will reimburse you. If you do not have a copy of the agreement you can request a copy from the company.
