Hi
No I need to know if either of you are willing to move back to England or Wales to get a divorce sooner?
Clare
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

no couldnt see that happen

Hi
Then no I am afraid that there is no way around the two year wait.
If one of you came to live in England and Wales for six months then there could be a divorce here after you have been married for a year.
Otherwise I am afraid that your only option is to separate physically and financially and simply apply for the divorce when you reach the two year anniversary
I am sorry but there is no other option
