Customer Question

at the junction of russell square & southampton row in camden london the box junction is the full width of the road because camden council are classing an entrance to a hotel which crosses a dropped pavement as a road making the junction a 4 way crossing , not a T junction as it is shown on all road maps. Is this legal & how should the box junction be marked
