Letter of administration was granted to the family by the relevant court in Nigeria, appointing three persons as administrators, of which she is none though I am.
Yes, I have seen a copy of the Land Registry title showing her as proprietor of the property.
Dear Al, it appears you misunderstood me. The property in question is in London, not Nigeria and I wish to institute some form of legal action or contest for the proprietorship of the property in London not Nigeria. Unfortunately, I am quite unfamiliar with UK laws as it relates to this issue, hence my request for your opinion/guidance. I will very much appreciate your advice / assistance please. Thank you in anticipation.
Thanks for your reply.
I appreciate the property is in the UK, but as the distribution of the Estate will be governed by the intestacy laws in Nigeria, this is why I opted out.
However, I am happy to assist you if you are happy that I can't assist in you in any claim you need to make against your sister surrounding the Estate.
As you and 2 others were granted Letters of A, could you please let me know why the property has not been dealt with earlier?
Likewise, why was the Bank of Scotland mortgage paid off sometime ago?
Do you have any idea how your sister has registered herself as owner?
I look forward to hearing from you.
