Jo the person who was dealing with me, didn't! Seem to know about housing law & how landlords can get help, when tenants do not pay their rent for 2 months. She ask if we had serve a section 21, but that is for tenants who are on a month to month tenants. I told her that our tenant had a 6 month contact, this advice was giving to us by the N.L.A., which we are members of.
