Is the bike still ordered or has that been cancelled please?
As far as i am aware the bike was cancelled as we never collected. He has said today that he has contacted the finance company yesterday and the finance will be reverted back to the old bike and the new finance will be cancelled. I do not trust this guy as he should never have processed it in the first place. The date on the finance agreement that came in the post was dated the day after i rang the shop and cancelled and after he tried to get my son to take the finance on (against my wishes as i told him i did not think my son was ready for a bigger motorcycle).
I was told by the salesperson that he would cancel the finance but he had to speak with his manager as he had never come across this before. I spoke with him on tues and he said he had dealt with it and it would be reversed. On contacting the finance company today - they have had no contact from the dealer at all.
So they said it would be reversed and they have failed to do so, is that the position?
As far as i am aware. I have emailed the general manager to look into this and am awaiting a response from him. I will let you know as soon as i know something.
