Hi
So the property is worth £175,000 - the first mortgage is £140,000 and there is a further charge of £38,000.
I am still not certain about the involvement of your family?
Do you owe them the money?

Expert:  Clare replied 3 years ago.
Hi
Would it not be more sensible to pay off the Charge?
