Ordered a kitchen from leekes back in November last year, we have had numerous problems with regards ***** ***** not ordering from head office and having to wait for the kitchen to arrive with correct colours / parts. It was finally part fitted in July however we have had many snagging problems with mean the whole kitchen will have to removed and redone. They gave us a temporary kitchen to use for a couple of months which was poor and not really adequate for use and had to buy other parts etc to use during this time.
We have not had a completion date for the snagging items and do not get responses from leekes when we email about additional problems with the appliances.
We are unable to finish our living / kitchen / dining room until the kitchen is finished and have been on hold for months due to leekes.
The finance has already been started although we still do not have a completed kitchen.
We do not believe the kitchen is worth what we have paid, the quality is not as expected.
Trying to live and cater for 2 year old twins has been very difficult due to the lack of kitchen / appliances.
We have been lied to from leekes and do not believe what they say anymore, having been repeatedly let down
Where do we stand now? we are in month 9 without out completion date for our kitchen, we add is not as expected!
Please help, desperately stressed out mother of toddler twins!

Where do stand with regards ***** ***** paying for the units we are not happy with. The units were sold as tough and are already marking/ wearing. They are supposed to be replacing damaged units from point of installation however we are still waiting to find out when! Also we purchased a very expensive Corian work top as it was sold as tough, noes not mark easily and tough chip / scratch easily. It is anything but, I am having to bleach the sink clean almost every day! And it was sold as being able to put hot pots onto it which we have been told this would now void our warranty with the Corian company.
We are constantly chasing leekes for answers, we have appliances which do not function properly, I emailed leekes a couple of weeks ago including photos of problems and have had no response!
I am so frustrated and disappointed with our purchase, I feel like telling the. To remove the lot.
Also should the finance have started? We feel we do not want to pay for the units and work tops and want leekes to repair / replace the faulty appliances which totalled £9000 approx. the total bill was £25k
What can we claim compensation for and what are we within our rights to say we do not want to pay for(would it have to be removed)?
As stated we are now in month 9 of a kitchen purchase, we have had our house rebuilt within a couple of months and feel the time scale is inappropriate

We have complained about the time scale on almost every email I have sent, surely 9 months plus for a kitchen is exessive!
