Hi there,

Sorry for the late reply, been away.

Ok, basically, I am a designer and manufacturer of beauty equipment since 1998. My designs and IP have been used without my permission by another company and this is affecting my company very dangerously. I have taken a solicitor to bring these people to court but so far it is financially crippling me, as my company cannot afford to pay for the legal representation ( so far I have had to pay over £ 6000 for solicitors letter etc...). I am digging into my personal savings and cannot continue.

I have been told by my solicitor that I will win this case but it is going to cost me a hell of a lot of money.

Is there a way of getting some financial legal aid to make sure these people don't get away with this fraudulent situation.

Regards,

Saib Norlazizi

Have proceedings been issued at all?

If its such a good case would the Solicitor take it on a no win no fee basis?
