Alex Watts : Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help with this.
Alex Watts : Can the character be confused with the original please?
Customer:

Confused?? You can tell it is inspired from the original character, but it is dramatically changed.

Customer:

If I give you a specific example it might help. Ursula from Disneys little mermaid is a fat middle aged woman. The new character has the same characteristics ie white hair, tentacles and follows the same colour scheme, but is a thin busty woman with tattoos all over her arms. I hope that helps.

Alex Watts :

Those two you have given are not confusingly similar.

Alex Watts :

Generally the character has to be 20% different in order for you to use it

Alex Watts :

But the two you have shown are fine - they are not similar

Alex Watts :

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Customer:

That is brilliant thank you so much for that information!!
