Alex Watts :

Hello and thanks for requesting me

Alex Watts :

No you would not have to serve the notice again

Alex Watts :

You are simply promising not to act on the notice for a further month

Alex Watts :

So as long as the tenant moves after the agreed extended period then you are fine

Alex Watts :

If the tenant does not move then you can take action at the end of this time

Alex Watts :

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
