Hi.
Thank you for your question. My name is ***** ***** I will try to help with this.
Is there any evidence of this?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Yes Amazon sent an email saying that the parcels had been posted. I still have these emails

Expert:  Jo C. replied 2 years ago.
Ok.
But do they confirm delivery?
How do you know it was this neighbour?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I can hear them through the wall

Expert:  Jo C. replied 2 years ago.
Ok. Thanks.
You can report this to the housing association. You can also complain to the police.
In truth, unless there is fairly concrete evidence of this its not likely that any action could be taken I'm afraid.
You can always ask the housing association to change your locks. They would want to do that anyway if the locks have been compromised and keys have been copied.
I'm sorry this isn't the answer you wanted but it is the position that you face and I have a duty to inform you truthfully.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if you need more information.
