they just emailed me the invoice but it doesnt state case allowance but when i printed off the boarding passes that is when i noticed the problem when i booked the boys on the rep didnt understand what i wanted as he was foreign i am not prejuidce and apologise if this comes through but this is stressing me out i booked richard on the flight they booked a bag i booked my son on at the same time went through all the details confirmed a bag they said yes he hasnt got one just sick of their incompetence

Ok - this is what you should do. You should agree to pay the £120 under protest on the basis it was never disclosed to you previously and at least that means you go away. Make sure you pay it on CREDIT CARD rather than debit card.
Then when you get back you need to write and set out your losses and request a refund within 14 days or say you will go to Court within 14 days. You should make sure you send this recorded delivery and keep a copy.
Make sure you also send a copy to the credit card company who are jointly liable under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act
If they do not refund you then you can issue proceedings in the County Court. You can either do this online at: www.moneyclaim.gov.uk or by completing form N1 http://hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n001-eng.pdf and take it to your local County Court
Make sure you name Teletext as Defendant 1 and the credit card company as Defendant 2
The Court will then issue a claim which a copy will be sent to the Defendant who will have a limited time to defend it, if not you can enter Judgment and enforce.
If the matter is defended it will be set down for a trial. If the claim is for £10,000 or less it will be a small claim and you will not need representation.
